Lunch Out With Live-in Customer Mr Geoffrey

We believe that it is important to go above and beyond in every way possible for our customers and this is why we have our customer outing initiative, which is where our Care Assistants can choose to take their customer out for a treat at no cost to the customer. Recently, Care Assistant Shawlene took a trip out with her customer Mr Geoffrey to the Sir Thomas Wyatt Beefeater Grill & Premier Inn at Allington where they enjoyed a spot of lunch.
A growing number of our customers choose to live-in care as opposed to moving into a care home because it enables you to remain in your familiar surroundings for as long as possible.We believe that it is important to go above and beyond in every way possible for our customers and this is why we have our customer outing initiative, which is where our Care Assistants can choose to take their customer out for a treat at no cost to the customer.
Recently, Care Assistant Shawlene took a trip out with her customer Mr Geoffrey to the Sir Thomas Wyatt Beefeater Grill & Premier Inn at Allington where they enjoyed a spot of lunch.
The plates were cleared along with much conversation, which was very enjoyable!
Care Manager Mel explained:
Our customer outings are extremely important for us as they help those who may otherwise find it difficult to get out and about to do so.
This outing with Mr Geoffrey went down an absolute treat and was very much enjoyed.
Mr Geoffrey explained that the food and restaurant was excellent; commenting that he will be recommending it to his family when they visit next!
