We are delighted to have recently celebrated Training Manager Nicola's fifth work anniversary with the team here at Bluebird Care! Nicola delivers the induction and supplementary training that all staff receive in an informative, fun and engaging manner. She is passionate about her role and a true asset to the team.

One reason that we are able to provide the quality of care that we are known for because of the quality of training that each member of staff receives so would like to thank Nicola for the approach that she has towards this.
