Celebrating Three Years With Jolanta!

This week we are delighted to be celebrating with Jolanta, who has now been part of the team for over three years! We invited Jolanta to the office and presented her with a lovely bunch of flowers and box of chocolates as a way of saying thank you for the support that she provides our customers.

Jolanta joined the team because she wanted to make a difference to the lives of people through her day to day work and certainly gets to do that with the Bluebird Care Maidstone team!
Care Manager Mel explained:
Jolanta is a fantastic Care Assistant! She is not only dedicated to her customers, but very supportive of her colleagues who regularly shadow her as they join the team.
Jolanta's customers love her and feel very comfortable when she visits. Her approach is gentle and patient which makes a big difference and helps put people at ease.
