Jolanta Announced As Care Assistant Of The Month

This month Jolanta has been announced as our Care Assistant of the month. Jolanta received the award for many different reasons but especially for the excellent way that she supports new members of the team when they are on their shadow shifts.

This month Jolanta has been announced as our Care Assistant of the month. Jolanta received the award for many different reasons but especially for the excellent way that she supports new members of the team when they are on their shadow shifts.

At Bluebird Care, our shadowing scheme is really important. It’s a way for new members of staff to learn about the how to thoughtfully and effectively serve our customers by learning directly from the Care Assistants who have been doing it for years!

We find it is the best way for the new staff to get to know the customers and immerse themselves into the life of Bluebird care.

Training newer staff is an important part of the role of our more experienced Care Assistants. We are so proud of Jolanta for the way she welcomes new team members creating a good environment for both our staff and customers.
