A tremendous big well done to Care Assistant Paula, who has passed her probation and is now a fully-fledged Care Assistant! Paula works tirelessly to support her customers in their own homes and has worked hard to complete all of the modules in her Care Certificate, which helps lay the foundational principles of her role.
