Customer Outing With Frans

We recently arranged for customer Frans' regular Care Assistant to visit to take him fish and chips for lunch which is a real favourite!
As part of our ongoing commitment to customers, we arrange bi monthly outings where we either take them out or arrange for a member of staff to visit them with something special.We recently arranged for customer Frans' regular Care Assistant to visit to take him fish and chips for lunch which is a real favourite!
Frans very much enjoyed the meal and Care Manager Mel explained:
Our regular customer outings are very important because they give customers the chance to either spend time away from the home or enjoy a treat within the home.
Frans really enjoyed his fish and chip lunch and it was lovely for his regular Care Assistant to do as well!
