We are absolutely delighted to have recently celebrated with Fainess, who has marked her seventh work anniversary!
We are absolutely delighted to have recently celebrated with Fainess, who has marked her seventh work anniversary!
Fainess first joined the Bluebird Care team as a Live in Care Assistant and transitioned to working in the community because of the variety that it offers each day.
With over 13 years experience in the community and care homes, Fainess brings a wealth of experience to our customers. She has always enjoyed caring for people and this is why she first made the decision to work in care.
To celebrate, we invited Fainess into the office to collect a lovely big bunch of flowers and box of chocolates!
Care Manager Mel explained:
Having joined shortly after we opened in Maidstone, Fainess has been a consistently reliable and excellent Care Assistant. I would like to thank her for the dedication she shows towards her customers.
I look forward to working alongside Fainess for many more years to come!
