We have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Natalie, who has worked hard to complete her Care Certificate and pass her probation with us.
We have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Natalie, who has worked hard to complete her Care Certificate and pass her probation with us.
Natalie supports our customers in the community and does an amazing job. She joined our team out of a desire to make a difference and certainly does just that!
The Care Certificate consists of 15 foundational modules which need to be passed as well as regular supervisions, spot checks and a thorough induction training. We are proud of Natalie for the effort she has put into her role and delighted to have her as part of the team!
