Remind Me Care helps bring back to life memories from a bygone age and is a conversation tool that makes a big difference.

Live in Care Manager Liz, who demonstrated the application explained:
It was a lovely surprise to have set up next to the ladies from Mercer Ward at Maidstone hospital as the ward specifically supports patients with dementia.

I was able to demonstrate Remind Me Care to their lead dementia support worker and ward manager - with the application having gone down very well and they could see the potential that it has.

The comments I received when demonstrating the application were that it would be something that could be used on the wards with patients and this is something that we are now looking into the feasibility of.
