We recently celebrated with Roxana, who has marked her second work anniversary with us!
Roxana joined the team after training as a nurse in Romania. She moved to the UK to start a career in care and is an incredibly passionate member of staff.
She works hard to ensure that our customers receive a high standard of care and carries out her work with pride.
Roxana explained:
I have really enjoyed my first two years with Bluebird Care and look forward to many more!
The team here are great to work with and after training as a nurse, feel that the experience I am gaining as a Care Assistant is incredibly valuable.
In addition to the experience, working as a Care Assistant is incredibly rewarding and it is really good seeing our customers smiling after I have helped them!
