We are absolutely delighted to announce that Emma has been awarded Community Care Assistant of the month!
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Emma has been awarded Community Care Assistant of the month!Emma is an inspirational member of staff who consistently goes above and beyond for her customers.
It is always difficult to chose who should receive our award, however we wanted to recognise Emma for the way that she particularly goes the extra mile with her customers.
In particular, with one customer she visits, she will always stay a little extra than her usual visit time to socialize and provide a little additional support.
Care Coordinator Daniel explained:
Emma is truly a delight to work with. She is flexible and will always put her customers first.
Where there are customers who specifically ask us for Emma to visit them, she will move things around to make sure she can visit.
We are all so pleased to recognise Emma for her passion and dedication to the role!
