We seize every opportunity to celebrate with our staff and are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Coordinator Daniel who has just marked his seventh anniversary with us.
We seize every opportunity to celebrate with our staff and are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Coordinator Daniel who has just marked his seventh anniversary with us.
Daniel joined the team shortly after we opened in 2011. His first role was as a Care Assistant and part time Care Supervisor, however after six months his Care Supervisor role was made full time.
Daniel progressed onto the role of Care Coordinator in 2014 and has built up valuable relationships with the whole Maidstone team over the past few years.
As Care Coordinator, Daniel makes sure that our customers receive regular visits from our Care Assistants at the times our customers request. It is a fast paced role and one that he very much enjoys.
Daniel explained:
Shortly after I started as a Care Assistant for a different company, I was contacted by Bluebird Care in Maidstone who were interested in considering me for a post. I popped in for an interview and have never looked back since!
I would like to thank the team for the gift and recognition I have received. It is a pleasure to work with such a fantastic team of staff and make a difference. This is something that gets me out of bed every morning.
