We are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Zuzanna has been awarded Care Assistant of the month! Zuzanna, who has also worked as a pub chef, made a move from overseas to the UK and started her career in care with us in mid 2016.

Her approach is to always do well exceed expectations. She certainly has done that!
Zuzanna is regularly complimented by customers and her colleagues, also setting an excellent example as a Care Assistant to other, more junior, members of staff.
In addition, Zuzanna's work is faultless as noted by spot checks and supervisions.
Care Manager, Jade, explained:
It is always challenging to nominate someone to be Care Assistant of the month, however Zuzanna has really stood out in terms of her work and general approach.
She loves her role and excels in such a way as the care she provides is faultless.

Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
