The judging has been completed and we are delighted to announce that Kerry has received our Care Assistant of the month award for March!Kerry received the award due to her standing out in terms of building a strong rapport with customers and colleagues along with always being happy to help out.
Care Manager, Jade Bray, commented:
Kerry always brings a ray of sunshine to the team due to her bring always happy, well presented and with great communication skills. We also have only ever received compliments about her approach from customers so well done Kerry!
Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the fist week of the following month. Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
It is important for us to recognize the excellent work our staff do in their role and this award is just one of the many ways we recognize and thank our staff throughout their career.
