Rupa joined Bluebird Care two years ago, bringing with her a wealth of compassion, professionalism, and a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of her customers. Over the past two years, she has consistently demonstrated an incredible ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with those she cares for, creating a safe and supportive environment where her customers can thrive.
Rupa’s role as a Live-In Care worker means she becomes an integral part of her customers’ daily lives. Whether it's assisting with personal care, preparing meals, or simply being a friendly face and a listening ear, Rupa approaches every task with patience and empathy. Her positive energy and can-do attitude have made her a favourite among her customers and colleagues alike.
Beyond her daily duties, Rupa is known for her personal touches that make a big difference. From finding creative ways to engage her customers in activities they love to surprising them with thoughtful gestures, Rupa goes above and beyond to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
