Meet the team


Care Supervisor

Kerry chose to work in care because she has always been passionate about people and had a passion for supporting adults to help them remain independent.

Prior to joining the Bluebird Care Maidstone team as a Care Assistant, Kerry gained nine years of experience within childcare. She chose to apply for the role with Bluebird Care because of our good reputation and the way that our staff are able to progress in their career.

Kerry particularly loves being able to meet new people and continually learn as well as being in a role where you are not in an office all day every day.


Care Supervisor

Fai chose to work in care because she wanted to build a career in helping people and making a difference. She first joined the team as a Care Assistant and then progressed to the role of Care Supervisor.

Fai most enjoys being able to help our customers remain as independent as possible and has gained her Level Three in Health and Social Care, Level 2 in Medication as well as her Access To Health Care course.

In her spare time, Fai very much enjoys shopping watching movies cooking and baking.


Live In Care Manager

Liz has worked in healthcare for 15 years, starting her career working as a community carer in  Kent, then worked in a care home supporting adults with mental health  before joining the Bluebird Care team.
The reason Liz chose to work in healthcare is that she enjoys making a difference to peoples lives.
Having worked in a managerial role with Bluebird Care for four years and completed a level five qualification in Health and social care, Liz brings a wealth of experience to the role of Live in Care Manager.
Liz works closely with the office team in supporting our live in staff and customers and visits our live in care staff weekly to provide support.
Also being passionate about providing our customers with an extremely high quality of support, Liz is extremely dedicated to her role and enabling our customers to remain at home for as long as possible.


Training Manager

Working within care is a heartfelt passion for Nicola, who joined the team first as a Care Assistant and then was promoted to the position of Care Supervisor.

After working as a Medical Research Supervisor for over 10 years, Nicola chose to work in care because she had a family member who needed care support in their later life and wanted to give something back.

Nicola leads our in house training in a fun and engaging way, aiming to inspire new members of staff as they start their journey with Bluebird Care.

She holds an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care along with holding a train the trainer qualification specifically in medication and moving & handling courses.

One tip that Nicola has for those starting their career in care is to never be afraid to ask questions as the team is always there to help in any way possible.


Recruitment Manager

Rachel joined the Bluebird Care team as an apprentice and has stood out in her approach to her role, having achieved 100% in her apprenticeship.

Her apprenticeship was in Business Administration and gave her exposure to how a business and office functions.

After completing her apprenticeship, Rachel was promoted to the position of Recruitment Manager and now looks after the process of speaking to new candidates to arrange interviews along with the day to day running of our overseas recruitment.

Rachel enjoys her role because it gives her the opportunity to speak with many different people and help them start or progress their career in the right role.

In her spare time, Rachel can be found spending time with her friends and enjoying some retail therapy!
