Bluebird Care Macclesfield announce this year’s categories for their annual care assistant Awards!

Bluebird Care Macclesfield will be hosting their annual care assistant awards next month on Friday 16th December. 

Bluebird Care Macclesfield will be hosting their annual care assistant awards next month on Friday 16^th December.
 
The event is a great opportunity for our whole team to get together and celebrate the approaching festive time as well as presenting our annual care assistant awards. This year the awards have 6 categories which are:
 

• Care assistant of the Year 2016
• Best newcomer to care 2016
• Spirit of Bluebird Care 2016
• Putting people first Award 2016
• The dignity in care Award 2016
• The commitment to progress Award 2016

 
With so many outstanding performances throughout the year it is always a challenge to narrow-down the recipients. It is always such a great day for the management team as well who enjoy presenting the awards to our care assistants, whilst taking into account customer nominations as well as their own observations throughout the year.
