Bluebird Care Macclesfield have been named Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017 at Bluebird Care’s 11th Annual Conference. 

Bluebird Care Macclesfield have been named Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017 at Bluebird Care’s 11th Annual Conference.

Joanna & DuncanFrom 35 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and owner Joanna Lee, was delighted to hear that she’d won the regional title. Joanna accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Macclesfield team at September’s Annual Conference.

The award was presented as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff.   

In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Macclesfield was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 3 key areas; business development, quality audits and finance.

From staff retention to regulatory compliance, and adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board. In winning Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017 for their region, Bluebird Care Macclesfield showed a capability that exceeded all others.
