Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care and attention you gave mum. Without you guys life for her and for myself would have been so different. You were all an ongoing support bubble for me and I know mum looked forward to seeing you all. Thank you so much, the world needs more people like you.

I just wanted to send a message to all of your staff who helped to care for my wife Gill before she passed away. I want to say a massive thank you, to you all, for the care, compassion and dedication you showed to our entire family over the last two years. Every carer who came in to our home, was professional, courteous and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and most of the ladies went above and beyond in the care of Gill. We as a family could not have coped without you all helping us and Gill received the best care I could have wished for. You allowed us to look after her at home until her final day and for that I will be eternally grateful. I can't thank everyone personally but please know that what you all did means so much to us. I would like to personally thank Paula for being such an outstanding professional carer and a lovely person. Her dedication to Gill towards the end was exceptional and you will all not be forgotten by the Cardall family. Thank you. Dominic. I cannot recommend your Company highly enough!

As someone who is brand new to the care industry, I found the training I was given at Bluebird to be extremely helpful, informative, and insightful.

The medication training in particular, I found to be highly relevant, and I have put the skills and information learned to good use since being out on calls.

The new 'Pass' system has also been implemented very well, and I find this to have been taught in an easy to understand manor.

The 'Basic Life Support' training was taught in a good fashion, with both the theory and practical elements covered expertly. I believe skills for life were learnt during this training.

I loev my job and glad i joined Bluebird Care Cheshire East

I have been working at Bluebird Care Cheshire East for nearly 3 years, I feel the training for Bluebird Care has always been thorough and understandable, supervisors are knowledgable and are always on hand to give advice and assistance if required, the new pass system will make documenting visits much easier and quicker. During the pandemic we have been supplied with everything needed to ensure that we are safe and are keeping our customers safe. Keep up the good work.

My 96-year old mum had been having 3 visits a day from the Bluebird Carers for the past few years but late last year we increased this to 4 as she needed help in getting safely to bed. This worked well but she started with spells of confusion around Christmas time. She was becoming increasingly unsteady and had a series of falls. Her confusion increased and one afternoon she went "walkabout" between care visits and we had no alternative but to look for a care home despite the corona virus lockdown. Mum found the care home experience very disorientating and increased her level of confusion. Visitors were not allowed and it was a very difficult few weeks. Seeing her through the window was the best we could do. This was distressing for all of us as I had been visiting her every day.

We approached Bluebird Care about Live-in one-to-one care at home and Jayne (Care Manager) was able to quickly organise it. Paula (Lead Live-in supervisor) soon settled my mum into a routine. She immediately stopped wandering out of bed in the night, obviously feeling more secure.

V started a couple of weeks later and seamlessly continued the routine. The afternoon carers, particularly D, have also been a reassuring presence while the live-in carers take their well-earned 2 hour daily break.

Mum has benefitted from the stability and familiarity of being in her own home. She has companionship, freshly cooked meals, and immediate response when she needs anything.

I now visit alternate days and talk with mum from the garden while she and the carer enjoy the conservatory. My wife and I have benefitted as we no longer have the worry of the risk of her falling, of her being alone, or being in the nursing home environment without visitors. The carers have taken the strain and it has changed our lives.
