Last week, members of our office team and senior care team enjoyed a fantastic team-building day at Cartmel Fell in the beautiful Lake District.
Despite the rain, spirits remained high as we took part in a variety of activities designed to strengthen communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. The day included listening exercises, team challenges and an orienteering course, encouraging everyone to work together and support one another.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues from different areas of the business to spend time together outside the workplace, build stronger relationships and develop skills that are essential in delivering outstanding care to our customers.
