Lytham St Annes is set to welcome a new supported living development, with building work now underway on a scheme designed to help people live independently while having the right support close by.
Announced by Lancashire County Council in August 2026, the development will provide nine self-contained, accessible apartments for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The scheme is being developed by RWP in partnership with Lancashire County Council, with support for tenants provided by Swanton Care. It is expected to be completed in summer 2027.
