As a team we work very hard to make sure we are providing the very best service to all our customers, and no this occasion we actually provided a service to the customers' dog. The customer went into hospital and we were asked to take care of their dog. Our carers and our team treated this like every other customer and we did our very best to support him when he needed it most.
When our care package ended we were delighted to receive a big gift basket of goodies, but what we love are the words written to our team, these are what stay with you. It was a pleasure taking care of your beautiful dog Gemma and we hope she is very happy in her new home and thank you so much for all your thoughtful and kind words.
