Katie Ryall – Registered Company Director
With over 22 years of experience in the care sector, Katie is the passionate and dedicated driving force behind the Bluebird Care Wirral and Liverpool branches. As Company Director, she sets the vision for our business, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met across the board. Katie's hands-on, as well as managerial, experience guides her in fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation. Under her newly appointed leadership, Bluebird Care Liverpool has grown into one of the most trusted care providers in the area, always putting the needs of clients and their families first.

Shannon has been a valued member of the Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool team for over six years. During that time, she has worked her way up through the company to become one of our Supervisors, bringing with her a wealth of hands-on care experience and a real understanding of what our customers and care assistants need. Friendly, approachable and supportive, Shannon works closely with our care team to help maintain the high standards of care we are proud of. She is passionate about supporting people to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes and takes great pride in being part of the Bluebird Care team.
Francis
Francis is our Deputy Manager at Bluebird Care Liverpool and brings many years of experience within the care sector to his role. With a strong background in delivering and overseeing high-quality care, Francis provides valuable support and guidance to both our office team and care assistants. He is approachable, knowledgeable and committed to ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable and truly person-centred care. Francis plays an important part in the day-to-day running of the service, supporting the team to maintain the high standards we are proud of while always keeping the needs and wellbeing of our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Donna
Donna is our Care Manager at Bluebird Care Liverpool and has built up a wealth of experience throughout her career in care. Over the years, she has progressed into a senior leadership role and now plays a central part in the day-to-day running of the service. Donna is supportive, approachable and highly committed to both our customers and our team, always working to make sure the care we provide is safe, reliable and truly person-centred. She takes great pride in developing and supporting our staff, maintaining high standards and ensuring that every customer and family feels listened to, valued and well cared for.
