We recruit care workers that are able to meet the needs of our customers and to ensure we pick the right people, every person is individually interviewed by a senior member of the team. All our staff have:
An enhanced police disclosure check including the criminal records bureau
Checks with the Protection of Vulnerable Adults
A comprehensive induction programme, which includes administration of medication, moving and handling and dementia awareness
Weekly supervision during their first 3 months of employment and then quarterly reviews and supervision to maintain standards,
