"I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care that the Live in and Dom care teams have provided to both of my Parents over the last 3 years. My parents came to Bluebird for some support care for my Mum, who had dementia. This worked very well, and your team was excellent. Getting a cup of tea in the morning served to my Dad in his office by Gemma was (probably) the highlight of his day. The people you have on the team were first-rate. As things progressed, Dad's health took a turn for the worse, and we moved to live in care. Kirushanthi was running the Live in care, and she is a first-class team member. She got everything right.
