At Bluebird Care Lincoln, we understand that having a say in your care package is essential in person-centred care. For that and not the only reason, we make sure that opinions and suggestions are considered at every step. We also believe that people change, and so does their needs. Therefore the Care Supervisors keep in constant contact with our customers.  

Before a care package starts, our Care Supervisors write a care plan and review it within a week, then a month and then every 3 months to ensure that all needs are met and the customers receive a very high standard of domiciliary care.

Companionship Care

Our Companionship care comes in all shapes and sizes.

Not all care has to be about complex medical care or personal care. Sometimes we just like the company, which unfortunately sometimes can be done by our loved ones. So, if you require someone to pop in now and then to provide company, ensure peace of mind for loved ones and just to spend some time together, this is the type of care for you.

Complex Care

We understand that the desire to stay in your own home for as long as possible is becoming essential and that everyone's conditions can change. This is why we have two registered nurses working in our team to provide training and lead the complex care we deliver.

Our Care Assistants go through a selective process before they are recruited. We like to make sure that their share our values and are kind, professional and compassionate. They have varied skills, qualities and experiences. This helps us to match our customers with the Bluebird care worker most compatible with them.
