Supporting & Building a Career in Care

We’re proud to see our Care Expert, Joelle, continuing to build her skills and experience as she works towards her Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.

Yesterday, Joelle joined our Supervisors for a hands-on day out in the field, giving her the chance to learn even more about the day-to-day support we provide to our customers and teams.

During the day, Joelle took part in reviewing a customer’s care plan, completing a supervision, and supporting a team meeting. It was a valuable opportunity to build her confidence and deepen her understanding of care in practice.

In the afternoon, Joelle welcomed her tutor for a workplace visit. They were delighted with the experience she had gained throughout the day and the progress she continues to make in her qualification.

Joelle has shown real growth in both her knowledge and experience, and we’re so pleased to support her as she works towards the next step in her career in care.
