Bluebird Care Lewisham & Southwark finalists at the Dementia Care Awards 2026

Celebrating our Dementia Care Awards 2026 finalists in Lewisham & Southwark

We’re incredibly proud to share that a member of our team supporting customers across Lewisham & Southwark has been named a finalist in the Dementia Care Awards 2026.

This means so much to all of us, as it celebrates the people who support those living with dementia every day with kindness, patience and understanding.

The Dementia Care Awards recognise the people and teams helping those living with dementia stay connected to the people, places and routines that matter most to them.

This year, we’re delighted to congratulate:

  • Racheal McCormack, finalist in the Dementia Community Care Worker Award

Racheal shows genuine care and dedication in the support she provides to customers and families living with dementia across Lewisham & Southwark. Her work reflects what great home care is all about — helping people feel safe, comfortable and valued in the place they know best: home.

The awards ceremony will take place on 24 June 2026 at the Hilton Bankside in London, where people from across the care sector will come together to celebrate the amazing work happening every day in dementia care.

Being shortlisted for a national award is a huge achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder. It reflects the warmth, support and consistency our care professionals bring to every visit and every family they support across our local communities.

Congratulations again to Racheal on this well-deserved achievement. Everyone at Bluebird Care will be cheering you on.
