How do we get things done? The visits aligned, the calls covered to help you withn your daily activities? The answer is coordination and Teamwork!

Teamwork? Just like Marmite you love it or you hate it, it is what it is.

Bluebird Care - for some it means very little, seeing it in an advert and flicking through it as though you haven’t seen it or hearing the advertisement on the radio and blocking it out like white noise. For others Bluebird Care is a necessity to help them get up in the morning.

We make sure they are washed and dressed and are comfortable for the day ahead whether that be a shower to a cup of tea and a boiled egg and some soldiers we make sure your day starts off right with what you want.  Making sure you are happy is what we are here to do and that is teamwork. Teamwork in double-up calls to get you in a comfortable position if you are bed bound; helping you with your medication to a helping hand to get you out of bed,  we are here to give you that extra help.

Bluebird Care isn’t just home care, its family and families work together to make things easier, and to make sure our customers are satisfied with the care we provide them with.

Because without our customers we wouldn’t be here and without our carers we wouldn’t be here. This is like every homecare company, however, we at Bluebird Care do it so much better. • Teamwork is where our team make sure that calls are covered even if it is out of there availability or it’s their day off.
• Teamwork is where carers come in and converse with our co-ordinator to help her create runs or add calls onto a run.
• Teamwork is coming together as one to solve a problem as at Bluebird Care we make sure that we involve all our staff.
