Mhmm? Who are we? Bluebird Care Leicester is a home care provider - providing care in the comfort of your home.

Care where you are most comfortable.

Nobody wants to have to leave the place they love, where they have so many memories and the things that make you comfortable and safe, so we do everything we can to keep you there.

We are a company that is compassionate and trustworthy, caring and professional to our customers and staff because, without our loyal team, there is no Bluebird Care.

It is our customers who allow  our care assistants to provide a thoughtful and compassionate service and who entrust us with their personal care and sometimes - their lives  - that is who Bluebird Care are.

The Beginning

We started our service June 2011 with a manager and three home care assistants. We now have a team of around 50 members who work in and around Leicester.

And there’s no stopping us! Bluebird care Leicester is a business that just keeps on expanding. The constant demand for a highly recommended home care service means that we intend to recruit another 30 team members at least this year.

In 2019, our very own Care Manager Richard Atkinson was one of five people nominated for The Registered Manager of the year award for the whole of the Bluebird Care Network which consists of over 200 offices nationwide.

Alas, he was a runner up, however, we are we are all extremely proud of him for achieving what he has and am sure that he will endeavour to keep putting our customers at the forefront of everything he does for Bluebird Care, well done Richard!

Our carers band together like soldiers when calls need covering, even out of their availability, to make sure that none of our customers miss their timely visits.

Our carers are constantly complimented on how well they work and how bright they make the day for each of our clients.

The appreciation for our carers is never-ending when we are in a predicament they always pull us out. We could not do it without you!

We are a tight family at Bluebird always welcoming new people, our doors are always open (well from 8.30am – 5pm but the phones never stop ringing) carers are welcome to come in and talk whenever they like they are always encouraged to come in and see us as  their health and well-being is extremely important to us.

All in all we are a happy and productive team that play our part in the health of our community here in Leicester.
