Jay Ghaghda
Owner

I hate it when care companies talk about the “quality of care” that they provide.

They shouldn't have to mention  Quality of Care - this should be the MINUMUM they provide!  It should be a given that quality is involved right from the onset, otherwise they should be in this line of work.

When you’re looking for care and support, either for yourself or a loved one, then you have no idea that a company is doing what they say they are. The only sure fire way to know is if you’ve had many companies provide you with care so that you can tell the difference from your own experience.

The other way is by personal referral and/or genuine testimonials. That is why I am happy to say that we have a very high referral rate for the care and support we provide. Almost 40 % of our current customers have been referred to us from other satisfied customers, social prescribers at medical centres that have seen us make a difference in peoples’ lives, GPs who know that we respond quickly to incidents and medication issues and social workers that know we assist most people that they come across.

In essence we are the most recommended and referred care company in Leicestershire. This makes the care experts that work here some of the most caring and compassionate; a happy management team that always go above and beyond and a proud Me because I don’t need to claim false rhetoric and hyperbole as the statistics speak for themselves.

I am passionate about what we do and what Bluebird Care Leicester stands for in the local community. Our whole team is!
