Senior Carers

At Easter we appointed our two new Senior Carers, Carole and Rachel.

At Easter we appointed our two new Senior Carers, Carole and Rachel.
Their role is to blaze the trail of “Excellence in Care” for the rest of the team to follow.  Their tasks are to respond continuously to developments in customers’ care needs and preferences, making sure the office team are kept informed, and to actively seek feedback from customers and their families on how we are doing.
