Carer's Rights Day

Proud supporters

Bluebird Care (Islington) are proud to have supported Islington Carers Hub at the Carers Rights Day event they hosted on 29 November.

The day was a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking after a friend or relative because they are frail, disabled, have a mental health problem, serious illness or addiction, to learn more about the local services available to them.

There were some interesting presentations from the Council Access team, Income Maximisation, and information stalls from over 30 local providers of services across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

The event was another example of the excellent work that the Carers Hub do in supporting the 18,000 full time Carers in Islington.
