We are thrilled that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in September.

We are thrilled that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in September.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over 2 days on the 23rd and 29th September 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

My care and support workers have the skills and knowledge to give me the care and support I need.”
The support and care I receive helps me to be as independent as I can be.”
They are a very good company to be with.”
Director of Bluebird Care Isle of Wight, Alan Cotterall, commented;

We are extremely pleased with our latest CQC report and are proud of the high standards of care our team continues to provide to our customers every day. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, passion and team work in delivering the very best homecare.”
