Our team supports people of all ages and needs with visiting home care, live‑in care, respite care, night care, nail care, and specialist complex care including dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, physical disabilities, learning differences, support for SEND schools, palliative and end of life care, and more.
We begin with a conversation to understand your needs, followed by a face-to-face consultation. Care can often start that same day, depending on the level of support required.
Your care will be delivered by our trained, DBS‑checked care assistants, supported by our local office support team. We employ all our own staff, and we’re rated Outstanding by the CQC for being safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well‑led.
Home care visits starts from 30‑minutes and can extend to overnight care or 24‑hour live‑in support, depending on what you need. We don't believe care should be rushed, or that quality support can be delivered in 15 minutes, so our visits start from half-an-hour.
Costs vary based on visit length and type of care. Hourly visits typically start from £43, with personalised quotes provided after consultation.
Yes - we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and have been rated as 'Outstanding'. We advise anyone looking for care to review a provider's CQC rating and report.
We directly employ all our care assistants. We do not use agency staff, which ensures continuity, consistency, accountability, and high‑quality care.

We regularly review your care plan and can adjust visit length, frequency, or support levels as needed. We can be there for you at all stages of your care journey, so you never have to leave your home.
Yes - we operate 365 days a year, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Yes - we can prompt, assist, or administer medication depending on your needs and care plan. We can also liaise with your pharmacy and GP, and collect prescriptions for you.
