Vacancy: Care Assistant
Job Purpose: To provide high-quality, person-centered care and practical support in line with individual care plans.
What will you do?
- Provide personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans.
- Offer Companionship and emotional support
- Keep accurate records and report any changes in customers wellbeing.
- Help with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication, etc.
What we are looking for?
- A kind, reliable, and compassionate person with a genuine desire to help others
- You must be a driver with a valid UK driving license.
- Previous care experience is an added advantage as full trainings are also provided.
- Must reside in Hull or willing to relocate.
