Just to say we are absolutely delighted with the service Blue Bird Carers are giving to Dad. He looks forward to their visits and feels very secure and comfortable with them in the house.

How they manage at 10pm to bounce into the house and brighten up his evening and treat him with dignity,  patience and understanding is beyond me. A very rare skill indeed.

We did say we would review whether it should be a waking or sleeping night after the first week. Just to say we will let you, using your professional judgement,  take the lead on this.

Also if you feel it appropriate I would be more than happy to develop a case study with you showing how we have taken a difficult situation and shaped it into a positive outcome using blue bird carers.
