Here at Bluebird Care (Hounslow), we recognise the importance of constant training, quality care and passionate service. With this engrained in every member of staff, Care manager, Ani has begun a series of one to one sessions with Care Workers dealing with niche customer requirements.
This provides all our Care Workers with a thorough understanding of the homecare needs of the customer, therefore enabling our staff to deliver outstanding performance resulting in very happy homecare customers.
Care Manager, Ani Bhudia explains;
It is important that all our Care Workers have not only the fundamental training required to become Care Workers but also that the training goes over and beyond that of the basic needs of a customer. I’m pleased to say that all our Care Workers are enthusiastic and excited by the new one to one training offered by us at Bluebird Care Hounslow.
