Meet the Team - Tigean

In this week's 'Meet the Team' we introduce Tigean. Our latest addition to the staff and one we have big hopes for!

Tigean had a personal experience of working in care as a child, when she helped to look after her brother and it was this that inspired her to want to pursue a career in healthcare. 

Her first role working in care was as a Community Care Assistant and she then took a break to care for her nan, before working in care professionally and then taking a break to look after her uncle. 

Tigean is extremely passionate and for her, working in care is extremely personal. She chose to work for Bluebird Care because of the positive feedback we receive and the flexibility that her role gives when bringing up her child!
