We recently welcomed Tracey to the team as Care Coordinator and are delighted to introduce her to you!
Tracey has always wanted to work in care and used to be very involved in supporting her grandparents.
As well as being inspired by relatives (90% of the women being nurses), she has always wanted to simply make a difference to the lives of people through her day to day role!
Working in care is something that I am extremely passionate about. There is nothing better than knowing you have made a difference to someone's life!

Before working in care, Tracey worked in the corporate environment as a receptionist & PA, however was not finding her role fulfilling so chose to give care a go!
Tracey started as a Care Assistant and found that she absolutely loved it. She quite quickly progressed onto the role of Care Coordinator and then heard about the job with Bluebird Care, came in for an interview and fitted right in!
