We have an absolutely fantastic team of dedicated Care Assistants here at Bluebird Care Hounslow & Chiswick. Being a Care Assistant is incredibly rewarding and as part of our goal to share their stories, we recently caught up with Charlotte who explains a little more about her role with Bluebird Care.

Charlotte gives us a little insight into her role here:
I have been working for Bluebird Care for almost two years and really love my role as Care Assistant.
I visit regular customers and have built a good relationship with all of them. I really like this and seeing people so regularly means that I notice subtle changes in them.
This is particularly useful as I can then keep a close eye and support them where they need it or raise my concerns to my supervisors who can arrange for additional support.
I work closely with other Care Assistants and the management team to provide the best care possible.
I am really proud to work for Bluebird Care!
