We are pleased to share the second and final installment in this short series with you here. In this second video, Jane explains a little more about why she chose to work in care and some of the qualities you need as a Care Assistant.
Care is an incredibly rewarding job, however Jane explains how you must be fully committed to the role, treat each person as an individual and make time for them.
Jane explained:
I am very passionate about what I do and my advice for anyone considering a role in care is to treat each person as an individual; how you would want to be treated. Make time for each person and be fully committed.
The Bluebird Care team have helped me immensely in my role and I feel a very valued part of the team!
