Snow Hero Keeps Our Customer Warm

We are proud to have an incredibly dedicated team of Care Assistants who always go the extra mile for our customers and had numerous examples of this throughout the challenging weather conditions last week. When one of our customers was left without hot water and heating, we went and purchased heaters to keep them warm whilst they waited for an engineer to visit.

We are proud to have an incredibly dedicated team of Care Assistants who always go the extra mile for our customers and had numerous examples of this throughout the challenging weather conditions last week. When one of our customers was left without hot water and heating, we went and purchased heaters to keep them warm whilst they waited for an engineer to visit.

We are proud to have an incredibly dedicated team of Care Assistants who always go the extra mile for our customers and had numerous examples of this throughout the challenging weather conditions last week.

During this, one of our customers in Hounslow let us know that their boiler had experienced a malfunction and broken down. This was in the midst of the freezing temperatures and they were told that engineers were unable to come out due to the conditions.

This left our vulnerable, elderly customer in a freezing cold house with no heating or hot water. Our team wasted no time and headed down to the local hardware store to purchase a number of heaters that they set up in order that our customer remained warm.

Care Assistant Layla made sure that our customer was left with a warm drink and in a warm house before heading on to her next customer.

We also kept in regular contact with our customer to ensure that they were ok.
For our team, care is not just a career. It is a passion and one that was demonstrated throughout the challenging weather conditions.

Layla's example is just one way that our team went that extra mile for customers last week and we are extremely proud of the passion that shone through!
