Well done to our care assistant Nikki, who has just been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for going that extra mile in caring for our customers.

We usually gift one recognition award every quarter but wow, all of our carers are really shining brightly, providing the best care to our customers.

There are a few that have gone that extra mile in transforming the lives of some of our customers who have no friends or family and have helped integrate them back into the community.

Nikki, is one of those carers to have done this and has shown true empathy and compassion.
