An expert's view....
I recently attended a patient call and would like to bring to your attention the great service, care and compassion the two members of your staff gave to the patient. My colleague and I were very impressed at how organised they were and how gently they dealt with the patient. It’s all too often we attend a patient with a carer on scene who is desperate to leave and gives us little or no information about the person we are called to. Your staff at this address could not do enough to help. Please thank them for us.
