An expert's view....
I recently attended a patient call and would like to bring to your attention the great service, care and compassion the two members of your staff gave to the patient. My colleague and I were very impressed at how organised they were and how gently they dealt with the patient. It’s all too often we attend a patient with a carer on scene who is desperate to leave and gives us little or no information about the person we are called to.
