On Wednesday 9th March, we were delighted to welcome one of our previous customers to the office to deliver catheter training to our staff.

Aimee kindly volunteered her time to give a frank and sometimes light-hearted talk about the different types of catheters and how they impacted on the need to deliver a high standard of personal care.
Aimee came armed with samples which we passed around whilst she generously shared her experiences with us, which were often thought-provoking.

Hazel Godsall, Director of Bluebird Care Herefordshire, commented:

We would like to say a big thank you to Aimee for coming in and giving her talk. It was very informative and I think our care assistants learnt a lot from the session. Having not only a previous customer but a previous award winning care assistant deliver the training was a huge advantage, allowing us to understand the impact from both perspectives.

I feel it is very important that our staff have the opportunity to attend sessions like these to ensure they are delivering the very best homecare possible in Herefordshire. Thank you again Aimee for such an insightful talk.”
