Bluebird Care Herefordshire employees celebrate their one year anniversaries
At our team meeting held on Tuesday 1st March, we celebrated the one year anniversaries of three our care assistants. At our team meeting held on Tuesday 1st March, we celebrated the one year anniversaries of three our care assistants.
Elaine Angell who joined us at the end of last year, having spent many years caring for her profoundly disabled daughter. It was a huge step to go back into paid employment. Elaine has proved to be a rock, changing her plans many times to help out at the last minute, the first to roll up her sleeves and help at our charity events and always quick to pick us up when standards are slipping!
Elaine was presented with a voucher for £100 to take herself off to a Hereford spa for the day to enjoy some pampering.
Helen Parkinson who joined us on moving to Hereford with her young family. With her Army background Helen has been inspirational in demonstrating the true Bluebird Care qualities of commitment, reliability and supporting the team along with an extremely high standard of care.
Helen was presented with a voucher to take her partner out for a romantic meal for two at a local restaurant.
Amy Cudok who joined us one year ago and has worked extremely long hours to support us when we have been short-staffed. Never one to complain about driving to remote customers she has been a committed care assistant, always putting the needs of her customers first.
As a thank you Hazel presented Amy with a voucher for £100 to take her long-suffering partner for a meal at a local steakhouse!
