We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in September.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in September.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 15th September, and we were rated as “good” in all aspects of the service. Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;

They (staff) are flexible at Bluebird Care (Herefordshire) and this means I can keep more independence.
They (staff) have a good understanding of [person's name] and respond well to their needs.
We are lucky to have found Bluebird Care (Herefordshire), it's a great help. [Provider name] is very good at picking her staff, they are all nice. We are very fortunate, and I am really impressed with the person who runs it.
Director of Bluebird Care, Herefordshire, Hazel Godsall, commented:

We are thrilled with our latest CQC report and are extremely proud of the high quality care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support across Herefordshire.
