This 18th October 2019, don on some PINK, raise money and help to make life-saving breast cancer research happen. Award winning homecare provider Havering is supporting the Wear It Pink day which is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK, run by Breast Cancer Now and Breast Cancer Care.

The day raises money to fund breast cancer research and provides life-changing support. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. It occurs mainly in older women but can also affect men, every year in the UK about 55,000 women and 370 men are diagnosed with breast cancer. 1 in 7 women develops breast cancer and around 11,500 women will die from it (Breast Cancer Now).
